创疡贴治疗颜面部皮肤擦伤的临床疗效对比

目的对比观察创疡贴与凡士林油纱治疗颜面部皮肤软组织挫擦伤的临床疗效。方法将70例患者随机分为试验组和对照组，分别应用创疡贴和凡士林油纱换药治疗，观察换药过程中患者有无明昆疼痛，创面有无显著渗出及创面愈合时间。结果所有患者创面均愈合，但试验组（9．4d±2．3d）较对照组（12．7d±3．8d）愈合时间显著缩短（P〈0．01），疼痛率显著降低（6．7％〈40％，P〈0．01），创面渗出率明显下降（5．7％〈42．2％，P〈0．01）。结论在治疗颜面部皮肤软组织挫擦伤过程中应用创疡贴，换药时创面疼痛更轻，创面渗出更少，创面愈合时间更短，临床效果显著，值得推广应用。

Clinical Efficacy Comparison between MEBO Wound & Ulcer Dressing and Vaseline Gauze in the Treatment of Contusion and Abrasion of Facial Skin Soft Tissue

Objective To observe and compare the elinical efficacies of MEBO Wound ＆ Ulcer Dressing and Vas- eline gauze in treating contusion and abrasion of facial skin soft tissue. Methods Seventy patients eligible to the study were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, treated with dressing change of MEBO Wound ＆ Ulcer Dressing and Vaseline gauze respectively. The condition of patients＇ pain and wound exudation during the dressing change and wound healing time of the two groups were observed. Results The wounds in the two groups were all healed but the wound healing time in the experimental group （9.4 d _＋ 2. 3 d） was obviously shorter than that in the control group （ 12. 7 d -＋ 3.8 d） （P 〈 0. 01 ） ; the pain rate and the wound exudation in the treatment group were both significantly decreased com- pared with the control group （6. 7% 〈40%, P 〈 0. 01 and 5.7% 〈42. 2%, P 〈0. 01 respectively）. Conclusion MEBO Wound ＆ Ulcer Dressing in the treatment of contusion and abrasion of facial skin soft tissue can achieve significant clinical efticaey such as easing pain and reducing the exudation during the dressing change and shortening the healing time, deserv- ing to be promoted and applied in clinic.
