皮肤原位再生复原技术治疗高海拔地区会阴部烧伤128例临床体会

摘    要:目的观察高海拔地区应用皮肤原位再生复原技术治疗会阴部烧伤的临床疗效。方法对高海拔地区(海拔2260m)的128例会阴部烧伤患者局部采用皮肤原位再生复原技术治疗,并辅以全身治疗,观察治疗效果。结果所有患者创面均无干燥加深,浅Ⅱ度创面平均6d表皮化愈合,深Ⅱ度创面平均22d生理性愈合,Ⅲ度创面平均36d愈合,且均无增生性瘢痕。结论应用皮肤原位再生复原技术在高海拔地区治疗会阴部烧伤,治愈率高、瘢痕发生率低、方法简单易行,值得推广使用。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of in situ skin regenerative restoration technology in the treatment of perineal burns in high altitude regions. Methods: One hundred and twenty-eight patients with perineal burns in high altitude regions (2260m meters above the sea level) were treated with in situ skin regenerative restoration technology in combination with systemic therapy. The therapeutic effect was observed. Results: No patient developed dryness or wound aggravation in severity. The wounds of superficial second degree healed by epithelization in 6 days averagely, the wounds of deep second degree got physiological healing in an average of 22 days and the wounds of third degree healed in 36 days on average. All the wounds healed without scar hyperplasia. Conclusion: In situ skin regenerative restoration technology in the treatment of perineal burns in high altitude regions can realize high cure rate, low scar formation rate in addition to its user-friendly usage, and thus the technology should be promoted and applied in clinic.
