70例冠心病患者血清超敏C反应蛋白，尿酸及三酰甘油的水平研究

目的探讨冠心病患者空腹血清超敏C反应蛋白（HSCRP）、尿酸（UA）和三酰甘油（TG）水平变化和临床特点。方法收集我院自2006年1月至2009年1月的70例冠心病患者，抽取空腹患者的静脉血5ml，分别测定血清HSCRP、UA和TG水平的变化，与正常体检者比较。结果所选取的70例冠心病患者的血清HSCRP、UA和TG与对照组70例正常患者相比均显著升高，有显著性差异。结论据本研究证明，HSCRP、UA和TG是冠心病发生最重要的因素，对其三者及时的检测有助于冠心病的诊断和治疗。而且三者之间是独立致病的因素。

Objective To investigate fasting serum of patients with coronary artery heart disease sensitivity c-reactive protein ( HSCRP),uric acid (UA) and triglyceride (TG) levels and clinical features.Methods From hospital from January 2006 to January 2009,70 patients with CHD,patients with fasting blood collected 5 ml,respectively,serum HSCRP,UA and TG level changes,compared with normal volunteers.Results The selected 70 patients with coronary heart disease patients with serum HSCRP,UA and the TG and the control group compared with 70 normal patients were significantly increased,there was significant difference.Conclusion According to this study demonstrated that,HSCRP,UA,and TG is the most important factor in coronary artery heart disease,its detection of three timely diagnosis and treatment contribute to coronary heart disease and disease among the three independent factors.
