| 摘 要： | 目的 :测定洁肤霜中氯霉素与醋酸地塞米松的含量。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法 ,以C18 为色谱柱 ,乙腈 -0 05 %mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液 (40∶60)为流动相 ,检测波长为240nm。结果 :氯霉素的线性范围为0 1～0 3mg/ml ,平均回收率为100 6 % ,RSD为1 3 % ;醋酸地塞米松的线性范围为0 02～0 08mg/ml,平均回收率为101 1 % ,RSD为1 7 %。结论 :该法简便、灵敏 ,结果准确、可靠

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To determine the contents of chloromycetin and dexamethasone acetate in Jiefu cream.METHODS:A reversed-phase HPLC was established for the determination with C18 column as stationary phase.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0.05%mol/L phosphate buffer solution(40∶60),the detection wavelength was 240nm.RESULTS:Chlorom-ycetin had a good linearity (r=0.9 998) in the range of 0.1～0.3mg/ml,the mean recovery was 100.6% with a RSD of 1.3%.Dexamethasone acetate had a good linearity(r=0.9 998) in the range of 0.02～0.08mg/ml,the mean recovery was 101.1% with a RSD of 1.7%.CONCLUSION:The method is simple,sensitive and accurate. |
