国际基本药物筹资经验及对我国的启示

通过对其他国家药物和基本药物筹资机制的综述性研究，总结这些国家的基本药物筹资特点，为我国建立基本药物筹资机制提供可借鉴的经验。基本药物筹资机制的建立离不开国家的整个卫生筹资体制，政府应承担主要筹资责任，充分利用医疗保险、药品价格、立法监管等手段，建立稳定的基本药物筹资机制。

International Financing of Essential Drugs Experience and its Implications for China

Review research on drugs and essential drugs financing mechanisms in other countries, summarizes the characteristics of essential drug financing in these countries, and then offer useful experience for China. The establishment of essential drug financing mechanisms can not separate from the whole country＇s health financing system, the government should bear the main responsibility for financing, and take advantage of health insurance, control drug prices, legislative regulatory and other means, then it will establish a stable funding mechanism of essential drugs.
