调整窗宽窗位对CR乳腺钼靶影像诊断的应用价值

目的：探讨调整窗宽窗位对CR乳腺钼靶影像诊断的应用价值。方法：收集135例患者的CR乳腺钼靶影像在诊断工作站显示器进行显示，对比在标准窗宽窗位及调整窗宽窗位后不同类型病变显示率的差异。结果：调整CR乳腺钼靶影像窗宽窗位后病变检出率明显提高，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：调整CR乳腺钼靶影像窗宽窗位能提高病灶检出率，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Application Value of Adjusting Window Width and Window Level on CR Breast Molybdenum Target Diagnosis

Objective:To investigate the application value of adjusting window width and window level on CR breast molybdenum target diagnosis.Methods:To compare 135 patients CR breast molybdenum target images at before and after adjustment window width window level,to demonstrate the difference rate.Results:After adjust the CR mammary gland molybdenum target image window width window level the pathological detectable rate was distinct enhancement.There was obvious difference between before and after adjustment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adjusting window width and window level of CR breast molybdenum target can enhance the pathological detectable rate.It has high clinical practice value.
