| 摘 要： | 目的分析了解社区获得性肺炎(CAP)的临床表现及治疗效果。方法对308例CAP的症状、体征、X线表现及疗效进行回顾性分析。结果308例CAP仅40例获得病原体，采用大环类酯类联合喹诺酮类治疗，97％在7～10d内痊愈。结论CAP临床常见，治疗以经验治疗为主，以大环内酯类抗生素为主的联合疗法疗效高。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe and analyze the clinic situation and the therapeutic efficacy of community acquired pneumonia (CAP). Methods The symptoms, signs, X-ray character and therapeutic efficacy of 308 patients with CAP were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among 308 patients, the pathogens were isolated from 40 patients. And 97% of the patients recovered in 7 to 10 days treating with the combination of macrolides and Quinolone antibiotics. Conclusions CAP is a common disease. The combination of macrolides and Quinolone antibiotics is effective for CAP. |
