贝伐单抗联合化疗治疗晚期结直肠癌疗效分析简

目的探讨贝伐单抗联合化疗治疗晚期结直肠癌的临床效果。方法选择2008年8月至2013年8月收治的90例晚期结直肠癌患者，按照随机对照原则将其分为观察组45例与对照组45例。两组患者均给予常规化疗，观察组在此基础上给予贝伐单抗治疗。每2周为1个治疗周期，所有患者共进行8个周期的治疗。观察治疗后两组患者的临床疗效、卡氏评分（KPS评分）及患者血清肿瘤和标志物的浓度变化。结果经治疗后观察，观察组总有效率44．44％，明显高于对照组的24．44％；观察组治疗后的卡氏评分（94．65±5．41）分显著高于对照组的（72．54±4．98）分；观察组患者治疗后血清肿瘤标志物浓度显著下降，以上指标与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论贝伐单抗联合化疗治疗晚期结直肠癌疗效确切，安全性高，可有效改善患者生活质量，值得在临床上推广应用。

Clinical effect of treating advanced colorectal cancer by bevacizumab combined with chemotherapy.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of treating advanced colorectal cancer by Bevacizumab combined with chemothera- py. Methods 90 cases of advanced colorectal cancer patients were included from August 2008 to August 2013 in our hospital. All these patients were randomly divided into the control group and observation group, 45 cases in each group. Both of them were treated with conventional chemo- therapy, on the basis of it. While the observation group were treated with Bevacizumab every 2 weeks for a treatment cycle. All patients were trea- ted for a total of eight cycles. The clinical efficacy, Karuofsky score and changes in the concentration of serum tumor markers were determined andobserved. Results After the treatment, the total efficiency of the observation group was 44.44%, which was better than the control group with 24.44%. The Karnofsky score of the observation group was better than the control group, the concentration of serum tumor markers were signifi- cantly decreased in all patients after treatment, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Bevacizumab combined with chemotherapy for advanced colorectal cancer were efficacy, safety, which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients. The combined therapy should be widely used in clinical application.
