kankl在非小细胞肺癌中的表达研究

目的探讨kankl基因在非小细胞肺癌（non—small cell lung cancer，NSCLC）中的表达及意义。方法本实验共选择74例NSCLC标本。选取20例正常肺组织作为对照组。采用组织芯片技术和免疫组织化学sP法检测KANKl蛋白的表达。结合患者临床资料分析kankl与非小细胞肺癌发生发展的相关性。结果kankl主要表达于细胞质，在非小细胞肺癌和正常肺组织中的阳性表达率分别为50．0％（37／74），90．0％（18／20），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。kankl在NSCLC中与不同年龄、性别、病理类型、分化程度及是否有淋巴结转移差异无统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论kankl在非小细胞肺癌组织中表达下调或蛋白失活，说明kankl在非小细胞肺癌的发生发展中可能具有重要作用。

Expression of kankl in non- small cell lung cancer

Objective To investigate the expression,sion of kankl in non- small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） and its clinical signifi- cance. Methods The expression of kankl at the protein level was detected in the specimens of 74 non - small cell lung can- cer and 20 normal lungs by tissue microarray technology and immuno - histochemistry. The correlation between the kankl ex- pression with the development of non - small cell lung cancer was analyzed in combination with the clinical data of the patients. Results Kankl was mainly expressed in the cytoplasm. Positive expression of kankl was found in 50.0% （37/74） of the NSCLC specimens and 90 % （18/20） of the normal lung tissues. The kankl expression was related neither to the gender or age of the patients with NSCLC, nor to the histological type, degree of differentiation and lymphatic metastasis of the cancer. Corlclusions Down- regulation of kankl gene may play a certain role in the development of non small cell lung cancer.
