超选择性颈外动脉分支栓塞术治疗难治性鼻出血临床疗效观察

目的探讨超选择性颈外动脉分支栓塞术治疗难治性鼻出血的临床疗效。方法选取96例难治性鼻出血患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采取鼻内镜下鼻腔电凝止血术,观察组采取超选择性颈外动脉分支栓塞术,比较两组患者治疗有效率及复发率。结果对照组治疗总有效率为75.0%,观察组总有效率为97.9%,观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P0.05)。观察组复发率明显低于对照组(P0.05)。结论采用超选择性颈外动脉分支栓塞术治疗难治性鼻出血可降低复发率,提高疗效,值得临床推广应用。

The clinical efficacy of super - elective transcatheter external carotid arterial embolization in the treatment of intractable epistaxis.

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of super - elective transcatheter external carotid arterial embolization in the treatment of intractable epistaxis. Methods 96 intractable epistaxis patients were randomly divided into two groups. Super - elective transcatheter external carotid arterial embolization was used in observation group and nasal endoscopic hemostasis was used in control group. The clinical efficacy, and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results The efficiency rate of clinical treatment was 97.9% in observation group, as compared with 75.0% in control group, which showed significant differences between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The recurrence rate of observa- tion group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Using super - elective transcatheter external carotid arterial embolization in the treatment of intractable epistaxis can reduce recurrence rate and improve curative effect, worthy of clinical promotion.
