儿童脑瘫康复模式在社区及家庭中的运用研究进展

小儿脑性瘫痪（简称，脑瘫）是一种致残率极高的疾病，通过早发现、早干预、早诊断、早康复的综合康复治疗，其功能可以得到明显提高。目前，儿童脑瘫康复还集中在三级综合性医院的康复医学科、专科医院康复科和康复医院中。康复儿童数量多，专业的康复人员短缺的情况较为普遍。其实，社区及家庭的多学科合作康复治疗模式在国外脑瘫康复中运用成熟，从卫生经济学角度，家庭费用支出等方面具有良好的效果。

Research on the application progress of rehabilitation model of children with cerebral palsy in community and family

Cerebral palsy （CP） in children is a disease with high morbidity. With early detection, early intervention, early diagnosis and early comprehensive rehabilitation, patients＇ function can be significantly improved. Nowadays, rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy mainly performs in tertiary hospitals, pediatric hospitals and rehabilitation hospitals. However, the current situation is that there is a large amount of children with cerebral palsy with insufficient professional rehabilitation personnel. Community and family rehabilitation model has been fully developed and widely used in foreign countries. From the view of health economics, the household expenses could be saved while the efficacy of rehabilitation is ensured under community and family rehabilitation.
