牡丹籽粕的化学成分研究

摘    要:目的:考察牡丹Paeonia suffruticosa Andr籽粕的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS等柱色谱进行分离,通过理化性质及波谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果:分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为苯甲酸(benzoic acid,1)、白芍苷R1(albiflorin R1,2)、6'-O-β-D-葡萄糖芍药内酯苷(6'-O-β-D-glucopyranosylalbiflorin,3)、对羟基苯甲酸(p-hydroxybenzoic acid,4)、氧化芍药苷(oxy paeoniflorin,5)、咖啡酸(caffic acid,6),齐墩果酸(oleanolic acid,7)、芍药苷(paeoniflorin,8)、蔗糖(sucrose,9)、β-胡萝卜苷(β-daucosterol,10)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,11)。结论:11种化合物均为首次从牡丹籽粕中发现,其中化合物4,6为首次从该植物中的种子部位分离得到,化合物2是一种葡萄糖的2位与单萜苷元的8位以缩酮键相连的单萜苷类化合物,系该种中首次分离得到。

Abstract:Objective: To study the chemical constituents from seed meal of Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. Methods: Various chromatographic techniques were adopted to separate the constituents,and the spectrum analysis was made to identify their structures. Results: Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as: benzoic acid( 1),albiflorin R 1( 2),6 ˊ-O- β- D- glucopyranosylalbiflorin( 3),p- hydroxybenzoic acid( 4),oxy paeoniflorin( 5),caffic acid( 6),oleanolic acid( 7),paeoniflorin( 8),sucrose( 9),β- daucosterol( 10),β- sitosterol( 11). Conclusion: Compounds 4 and 6 were isolated from the seeds of this plant for the first time,and compound 2 was isolated from this plant for the first time.
