牡丹籽粕的化学成分研究

目的：考察牡丹Paeonia suffruticosa Andr籽粕的化学成分。方法：采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS等柱色谱进行分离,通过理化性质及波谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果：分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为苯甲酸（benzoic acid,1）、白芍苷R1（albiflorin R1,2）、6＇-O-β-D-葡萄糖芍药内酯苷（6＇-O-β-D-glucopyranosylalbiflorin,3）、对羟基苯甲酸（p-hydroxybenzoic acid,4）、氧化芍药苷（oxy paeoniflorin,5）、咖啡酸（caffic acid,6）,齐墩果酸（oleanolic acid,7）、芍药苷（paeoniflorin,8）、蔗糖（sucrose,9）、β-胡萝卜苷（β-daucosterol,10）、β-谷甾醇（β-sitosterol,11）。结论：11种化合物均为首次从牡丹籽粕中发现,其中化合物4,6为首次从该植物中的种子部位分离得到,化合物2是一种葡萄糖的2位与单萜苷元的8位以缩酮键相连的单萜苷类化合物,系该种中首次分离得到。

Chemical Constituents from Seed Meal of Paeonia Suffruticosa

Objective： To study the chemical constituents from seed meal of Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. Methods： Various chromatographic techniques were adopted to separate the constituents,and the spectrum analysis was made to identify their structures. Results： Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as： benzoic acid（ 1）,albiflorin R 1（ 2）,6 ˊ-O- β- D- glucopyranosylalbiflorin（ 3）,p- hydroxybenzoic acid（ 4）,oxy paeoniflorin（ 5）,caffic acid（ 6）,oleanolic acid（ 7）,paeoniflorin（ 8）,sucrose（ 9）,β- daucosterol（ 10）,β- sitosterol（ 11）. Conclusion： Compounds 4 and 6 were isolated from the seeds of this plant for the first time,and compound 2 was isolated from this plant for the first time.
