温州市医保患者对社区药学服务需求的调查分析

目的:了解温州市医保患者对社区药学服务的需求,为更好地开展社区药学服务提供参考。方法:选择温州市12家社区卫生服务中心,于2012年6-10月随机选取就诊患者通过问卷调查了解其对于社区药学服务的需求,并对数据进行统计分析。结果:共发放问卷1 300份,回收有效问卷1 171份,有效回收率为90.08%。其中,受访医保患者713人,占受访患者的60.89%。调查结果显示,75.04%的受访医保患者选择在社区卫生服务中心购买药品;46.84%的受访医保患者选择向社区药师咨询用药问题;所有受访医保患者都认为目前社区卫生服务中心药品种类偏少。结论:温州市医保患者占据了社区卫生服务中心就诊总量的多数,是该地区社区药学服务对象的代表。调查发现,医保患者对社区药学服务的需求日益迫切,社区药师需要提升自身素质,针对患者需求开展药学服务,提高其合理用药水平。

Investigation and Analysis of Community Pharmaceutical Care Demand of the Social Medical Insurance Residents in Wenzhou Area

OBJECTIVE： To investigate and analyze the demand of the Social Medical Insurance residents in Wenzhou area for community pharmaceutical care, and to explore the ways to carry out community pharmaceutical services. METHODS： A questionnaire survey was conducted from 12 community health service centers in Wenzhou area from Jun. to Oct. in 2012. RESULTS： 1 300 questionnaires were sent out, and 1 171 effective questionnaires were returned with effective recovery of 90.08%. Medical insurance residents accounted for 60.89% （n=713） of the total samples, among which 75.04% of medical insurance residents bought the drugs from community health service center; 46.84% of medical insurance residents tended to consult community pharmacists about drug use. All the respondents believed that there were few types of drugs in community hospital. CONCLUSIONS： The medical insurance residents occupy the great proportion of total amount of patients and are representative of the community pharmaceutical care in Wenzhou area. It is urgent for Social Medical Insurance residents to provide community pharmaceutical services. Community pharmacists should raise their own quality and conduct pharmaceutical care for Social Medical Insurance residents to improve rational use of drugs.
