| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肠系膜上动脉(SMA)夹角与腹部脂肪的相关性分析。方法采用多层螺旋CT(MSCT)及数字成像技术研究左肾静脉(LRV)、SMA与腹主动脉夹的夹角,得出SMA夹角均值、左肾静脉前后径及截面积。测量人体各种类型腹部脂肪体积、容积百分比(包括全腹部脂肪、脏器脂肪、皮下脂肪)。其中101例为正常对照组,另8例为"胡桃夹"综合征组(NCS组)。结果 101例正常对照组中SMA夹角均值为(57.66°±19.54°),8例NCS组中SMA夹角均值为(29.54°±11.43°),正常组与NCS组中SMA夹角均与腹部脂肪有一定相关性。结论 SMA夹角与人体腹部脂肪有一定相关性。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the association between superior mesenteric artery （SMA） angle and abdominal fat. Methods Multi- layer spiral CT （MSCT） and digital imaging technology were used to investigate 101 normal subjects （control group） and 8 cases of nutcracker syn- drome （NCS） （ NCS group） in this study. SMA angle, and cross - sectional area and anteropesterior diameter of left renal vein （LRV） were deter- mined. The volume of all kinds of abdominal fat （full abdominal fat, visceral fat and subcutaneous fat） was measured and volume percentage was ob- tained. Results Mean SMA Angle in contrcl group was 57. 66°±19.54°, mean SMA angle in NCS group was 29. 54°±11. 43°. SMAanglehada certain correlation with abdominal fat in both NCS group and normal group. Conclusion SMA angle has certain correlation with abdominal fat. |
