正畸儿童上颌恒侧切牙的锥形牙发生状况分析

摘    要:目的探讨正畸儿童上颌恒侧切牙锥形牙发生的情况。方法选取2007年1月至2012年12月门诊收治的1 280例正畸上颌恒侧切牙儿童为研究对象,对比分析不同性别、不同年龄段、不同错颌类型锥形牙发病率的差异。结果 1 280例上颌恒侧切牙患者中,共有80例发生锥形牙,患病率为6.25%。其中男性45例(3.51%),女性35例(2.73%),男、女性之间锥形牙患病率无显著差异(P0.05)。其中12岁或以上儿童的患病率(5.39%)大于12岁以下(0.86%)的儿童,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。安氏Ⅱ类患者锥形牙发生率(4.06%)显著高于Ⅰ类患者(1.25%)以及Ⅲ类患者(0.94%),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。单侧锥形牙发生率(90.0%)显著大于双侧发生率(10.0%),而右侧锥形牙发生率(60.0%)显著大于左侧锥形牙发生率(30.0%),差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论正畸儿童上颌恒侧切牙锥形牙发生率较正常儿童高,且安氏Ⅱ类错颌患儿发生锥形牙的概率大于Ⅰ类及Ⅲ类。临床上可根据正畸儿童上颌恒侧切牙发生的特点对患儿进行对症治疗及预防。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the situation of conical teeth in permanent maxillary lateral incisor in children received orthodontic treatment. Methods 1 280 children who received orthodontic treatment of permanent maxillary lateral incisor in our hospital from January 2007 to December 2012 were included in this study. The occurrence of conical teeth in different gender and age, and different types of malocclusion were analyzed. Results Of 1 280 patients, conical teeth were found in 80 patients (6.25 % ). The rate of conical teeth was 3.51% in male (45 patients) and 2.73% in females (35 patients) ( P 〉0.05). The prevalence among children ≥ 12 (5.39%) was greater than 〈 12 years of age (0.86%) ( P 〈0.05 ). The incidence of conical teeth in patients with Class I1 malocclusion (4.06%) was higher than Classlpatients (1.25%) and class III patients (0.94%) ( P 〈 0.05 ). The incidence of unilateral conical teeth (90.0%) was greater than the incidence of bilateral ( 10.0% ), and the incidence of conical teeth in the right side (60.0%) was greater than the left side (30.0%) ( P 〈0.05). Conclusion The incidence of conical teeth in permanent maxillary lateral incisor in children received orthodontic treatment is higher than normal children. The incidence of conical teeth in Class II malocclusion is higher than those in Classland Class III.
