臭氧治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床疗效观察

目的观察臭氧治疗带状疱疹对带状疱疹后遗神经痛发生率的影响。方法 80例急性带状疱疹患者随机分为两组,分别采用传统治疗方法(C组)和传统治疗方法联合臭氧治疗(O组),1年后进行随访,记录带状疱疹后遗神经痛的发生例数。结果治疗7 d后,O组VAS评分明显低于C组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。1年后随访发现C组患者有16例发生带状疱疹后遗神经痛,O组患者只有4例发生了带状疱疹后遗神经痛,O组患者带状疱疹后遗神经痛的发生率低于C组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论在传统治疗带状疱疹的基础上联合臭氧治疗,不仅可以有效地减轻带状疱疹神经痛,还可以大大降低带状疱疹后遗神经痛的发生率。

Study on efficacy of ozone in treatment of post - herpetic neuralgia

Objective To study the efficacy of ozone in treatment of post - herpetic neuralgia after herpes zoster. Methods A total of 80 patients with acute herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups, patients in group C （ group C） were treated by traditional treatment, and patients in another group （ group O） were applied with traditional treatment methods combined ozone therapy. The number of patients with post - herpetic neuralgia had been recorded in one year after treatment. Results In group C, 16 patients had post - herpetic neuralgia, and there were only 4 patients presented post - herpetic neuralgia in group O. The difference in incidence of post - herpetic neuralgia between these 2 groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Ozone therapy can significantly reduce the incidence of post - herpetic neuralgia in patients with herpes zoster.
