噻托溴铵治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效观察

摘    要:目的探讨噻托溴铵治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床疗效。方法选取60例COPD患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组仅给常规治疗,观察组采用常规治疗加噻托溴铵治疗,比较两组患者第1s用力呼气容积(FEV1)、第1s用力呼气容积用力肺活量(FEV1/FVC)、动脉血氧分压(PO2)、二氧化碳分压(PCO2)及临床症状评分。结果采用噻托溴铵治疗COPD患者,可明显提高FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PO2,降低PCO2和临床症状评分,与常规治疗相比差异显著(P0.05)。结论采用噻托溴铵治疗COPD可有效改善患者肺功能和生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Study on clinical efficacy of tiotropium bromide in treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of tiotropium bromide in treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods A total of 60 patients with COPD were randomly divided into two groups: observation group and control group, patients in observation group were treated by tiotropium bromide combined with conventional therapy, and patients in control group were only treated with conventional therapy. FEVt , FEV1/FVC, PO2 , PCO2 and symptom scores were compared between these two groups. Results FEV1 , FEV1/FVC and PO2 in patients of observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those of control group, but PCO2 and symptom scores in patients of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group, and the difference between these two groups was significant( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The application of tiotropium bromide in treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can improve lung function and raise the life quality of patients, hence it is worthy to be clinically promoted.
