彩色多普勒超声引导下活检结合造影在卵巢肿瘤诊断中的应用价值

摘    要:目的探讨彩色多普勒超声引导下活检结合造影在卵巢肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法选择2010年10月至2013年2月收治的经活检病理确诊的卵巢肿瘤患者180例(良性卵巢肿瘤120例,恶性卵巢肿瘤60例),所有患者都进行二维超声、彩色多普勒超声与造影分析。结果良性肿瘤超声显示多为囊性,彩色超声显示囊壁少量点状血流;恶性肿瘤超声显示多为囊实性,彩色超声显示囊壁丰富血流。恶性肿瘤患者的动脉阻力系数(RI)值明显高于良性肿瘤患者,对比差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。恶性卵巢肿瘤患者的增强速率与半廓清时间明显高于良性卵巢肿瘤患者,而始增时间与达峰时间明显低于良性卵巢肿瘤患者,对比差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声引导下活检结合造影在卵巢肿瘤诊断中的应用可实时动态显示血流灌注情况,有助于提高超声对良恶性卵巢卵巢肿瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断能力。

The applying analysis of color doppler ultrasound - guided biopsy combined with angiography in the diagnosis of ovarian tumors

Abstract:Objective To investigate applying values of color Doppler ultrasound - guided biopsy combined with angiography in the diagnosis of ovarian tumors. Methods 180 cases of ovarian cancer from October 2010 to February 2013 in our hospital ( 120 cases of benign ovarian tumors, 60 cases of malignant ovarian tumors) were included into this study. All patients were given two - dimensional ultrasound, color Doppler ultrasound and angiography analyzed. Results The ultrasound showed cystic and small dot of blood flow in the benign ovarian. The characteristic of malignant ovarian included rich wall and more blood flow. The Artery RI values of the malignant ovarian were significantly higher than that of be- nign ovarian tumor. The difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 O. 05 ). The enhanced rate and half clearance time of the malignant ovarian were significantly higher. The start increasing time and peak time of the malignant ovarian were significantly lower than that of benign ovarian tumor. The difference were statistically significant ( P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound - guided biopsy combined with angiography in the diagnosis of ovarian tumors can real - time dynamic display perfusion situations. This method is helpful in improving the ability of ultra- sound diagnosis and differential diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian ovarian tumors.
