生长激素受体在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其意义

摘    要:目的:研究生长激素受体(Growth hormone receptor,GHR)在人宫颈癌组织中的表达情况,探讨其在宫颈癌发生发展中的作用机制。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法对30例宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CINⅠ-Ⅲ)、60例宫颈癌组织及30例癌旁正常组织中GHR的检测,研究GHR在不同病理类型、分期、分化程度宫颈癌组织中的表达水平。结果:宫颈癌组织、宫颈上皮内瘤样病变、癌旁正常组织中GHR表达率分别为70.0%、46.7%、40.0%。GHR在宫颈癌组织中的表达显著高于宫颈上皮内瘤样病变组织及癌旁正常组织(P<0.05),GHR在宫颈癌组织中表达与淋巴结转移、分化程度、临床分期密切相关(P<0.05)。结论:GHR在宫颈癌的发生、发展中起重要作用,可以作为反映宫颈癌生物学行为的有效指标之一。

Significance of growth hormone receptor expression in cervical carcinoma

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of growth hormone receptor(GHR) in human cervical carcinoma and evaluate its mechanism in occurrence and development of cervical cancer. Methods The expression levels of GHR were measured by immunohistochem- ical techniques in 30 cases of CIN,60 cases of cervical carcinoma tissues and 30 cases of normol tissue adjacent to the cervical carcinoma. Results The expression rate of GHR in cervical carcinoma , CIN and normal tissue adjacent to the cervical carcinoma were 70. 0%, 46. 7% ,40. 0%. The expression of GHR was significantly higher in cervical carcinoma tissues than in CIN and normal cervical tissues( P 〈 0. 05 ). In respect of lymphatic nod metastasis,tumor' s differentiation degrees and clinical stages were correlated with GHR expression ( P 〈0. 05 ). Conclusion GHR may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and progression of cervical cancer. GHR may be valuable to fur- ther understand tile biological behavior of cervical carcinoma.
