目标导向容量治疗在产后出血抢救中的应用

目的探讨目标导向容量治疗对产后出血的效果及对降低医疗费用、节约血源的意义。方法对医务人员进行目标导向容量治疗培训,选择培训前后产后出血病例142例分为两组,其中,培训前产后出血病例68例为对照组,培训后产后出血病例74例为观察组,比较分析两组产后出血治疗效果及医疗费用情况。结果观察组与对照组相比较,出血量、输红细胞和输血浆量明显少于对照组,医疗费用和并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论目标导向容量治疗对产后出血救治具有减少出血及并发症产生、节约血源、降低医疗费用等优点。

Goal - directed fluid therapy in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage rescuing.

Objective To investigate the effect of goal - directed fluid therapy on postpartum hemorrhage and its significance in medical expenses. Methods Training for goal - directed fluid therapy was conducted in medical staff. One hundred forty - two postpartum hemorrhage pa- tients were included in the study and divided into two groups. Sixty - eight patients in control group were treated before the training, and 74 pa- tients in experimental group were treated with goal - directed fluid therapy. The treatment outcome and medical expenses of two groups were ana- lyzed and compared. Results Experimental group was significantly better than the control group in reducing the amount of bleeding, transfusion of red blood ceils and plasma, the incidence of complications, and medical expenses （ all P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Goal - directed fluid therapy has beneficial effect on hemostasis. The treatment leads to the reduction of the complications of postpartum hemorrhage, blood transfusion and med- ical expenses when rescuing the postpartum hemorrhage patients.
