Abstract:Forming good doctor-patient relations is the objective needs for the development ot a hOSpital by oneselT. An agreement of medical is the bridge of doctor-patient communication, which is the written reflection of know and agreement for patients in record management.The significance is forming honest and harmonious doctor-patient relations atmosphere for ensuring medical safety.
