| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨与口源性口臭有关的因素。方法 选择有口臭主诉的病人120人，排除有系统性疾病者，采用口气测量仪Halimeter测定口气值，并进行口腔检查，填写调查表。应用多元回归的逐步后退法进行多因素分析。结果 舌背覆盖物、龈炎指数、菌斑指数、牙周袋深度进入回归方程。复合回归系数R=0．754，决定系数R^2=0．569。结论 龈炎指数、菌斑指数、舌背覆盖物、牙周袋深均与口气值正相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the factors involved in halitosis originate from oral etiology.Method 120 subjects were chosen that had complaint of oral malodor. Those who had systemic diseases were also excluded. Halimeter was used to determine the concentrations of volatile sulfur compounds in the mouth air of each patient. His oral healthy status were also assessed and recorded by one dentist. Stepwise multiple regression was used to assess the correlation among VSC values and those parameters.Result Tongue coating status, Gingival Index, Plaque Index and Periodontal Probing depth were included into regression equation. R=0.754, R 2=0.569.Conclusion Tongue coating status,Gingival Index, Plaque Index and Probing depth are in correlation to VSC values. |
