安徽省医疗机构乙肝病毒感染标志检测与病例报告的相关分析

目的　为了探寻安徽省各级医疗机构开展乙肝病毒 (HBV)感染标志检测对乙型肝炎 (以下简称乙肝 )报告发病率的影响。方法　采用调查表对全省各级医疗机构开展HBV感染标志检测情况进行调查 ,用等级相关统计学方法进行医疗机构HBV感染标志检测与乙肝报告发病率的相关分析。结果　医疗机构检测HBV感染标志的能力逐年提高 ,开展HBV感染标志检测的医疗机构由 1990年 16 .6 %提高到 2 0 0 0年 70 .0 % ,其中以县、乡级医疗机构提高更为显著 ,分别由 1990年的 38.3%、8.0 %提高到 2 0 0 0年的 94 .1%、6 1.4 %。医疗机构HBV感染标志检测能力提高与乙肝报告发病率上升呈正相关 (rs=0 .973,P <0 .0 0 1) ,与未分型肝炎报告发病率呈负相关 (rs=- 0 .95 7,P <0 .0 0 1)。结论　乙肝报告发病率逐年上升与医疗机构检测HBV感染标志能力提高有关。

Correlation Analysis of HBV Mark Detection and Hepatitis B Case Report of Anhui Medical institution

In order to find out HBV mark detection influence of medical institution at various levels on hepatitis B report incidence, all medical institutions were surveyed with questionnaire. Correlation of HBV mark detection and hepatitis B case report was analyzed with rank correlation. The results showed that HBV mark detection level of medical institution improved year by year. Ratio of medical institution with HBV mark detection increased from 16.6% in 1990 to 70.0% in 2000. Medical institutions at county and town levels improved much more remarkably. The ratio increased from 38.3%, 8.0% in 1990 to 94.1% 61.4% respectively. There was positive correlation between HBV mark detection and hepatitis B report incidence (r s =0.973, P<0.001). The was negative correlation between HBV mark detection and unclassified hepatitis report incidence (r s = -0.957, P<0.001). It was concluded that hepatitis B reported incidence rise was related to HBV mark detection improvement of medical institutions at various levels.
