徐长卿水提物抗乙型肝炎病毒的体外实验研究

目的初步探讨徐长卿水提物的抗乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)作用.方法通过徐长卿水提物作用于体外培养的2.2.15细胞株,观察其对2.2.15细胞株分泌HBsAg和HBeAg的影响,以初步评价其抗HBV作用. 结果徐长卿水提物作用于2.2.15细胞株12d后,对2.2.15细胞株的半数毒性浓度为62.65g/L,对HBsAg的半数抑制浓度小于0.78 g/L、对HBeAg的半数抑制浓度为10.13 g/L;对HBsAg治疗指数大于80.32,对HBeAg治疗指数为6.18.结论徐长卿水提物在体外细胞培养中对两抗原的分泌有较好的抑制作用.

In vitro experimental study on the effect of Cynanchun paniculatum extract against hepatitis B virus

Objective To explore the anti-HBV effect of Cynanchun paniculatum extract. Methods In vitro cultured 2.1.15 cell strains was used in the experiment for observing the effect of Cynanchun paniculatum aqueous extract HBsAg and HBeAg secreted by 2.2.15 cell strains. Results It was observed that the semi-toxic concentration (TC (50)/L) of Cynanchun paniculatum aqueous extract on 2.2.15 cell strain was 65.62g/L 12 days after action on the 2.2.15 cell strain and the half inhibitory concentration (IC (50)) on HBsAg was <0.78g/L and that on HBeAg was 10.13g/L. The treatment index on HBsAg positives was >80.32 and 6.18 on HBeAg positives. Conclusion Cynanchun paniculatum aqueous extract possesses relatively good inhibitory effet on the secretion of HBsAg and HBeAg by in vitro cultured cells.
