阿片类依赖戒断综合征中医辨证规律的探讨

目的··:探讨阿片类依赖戒断综合征中医辨证规律。方法··:采用自行设计的《中医证候调查表》调查96例脱毒d1 -14的患者。结果··:随着入院时间的延长 ,各证发生概率均呈上升或下降趋势。其中尤以类表证、痰浊证和血瘀证较明显 ,有极显著性差异 (χ2=175.875,P<0.001;χ2=36.924 ,P<0.001;χ2=24.123 ,P<0.001) ;单证存在者较少 ,而以证候之间相兼者多见。结论··:阿片类戒断期证候寒、热、虚、实错综复杂

DIFFERENTIATION RULES OF CHINESE MEDICINE ON WITHDRAWAL SYNDROME OF OPIOID ADDICTS

Objective: To study the differentiation rules of Chinese medicine on withdrawal Syndromes of opioid addicts. Method: 96 patients under detoxification for 1-14 days were investigated by self-designed "Chinese Medicine Syndromes Questionnaire". Result: As inpatient treatment went on, the occurrence of various syndromes either increased or decreased, among which interior syndrome, phlegm syndrome and blood stasis syndrome were evident with significant difference. (χ2=175.875, P<0.001; χ2=36.924, P<0.001;χ2=24.123, P<0.001); combination of different syndromes occurred more than single syndrome did. Conclusion: During opioid withdrawal, syndromes such as coldness, heat, deficiency and excess appearing are very complicated.
