哮喘儿童缓解期外周血T细胞亚群的意义探讨

目的探讨哮喘儿童缓解期外周血T细胞亚群的意义。方法采用单克隆抗体间接免疫荧光法检测67例缓解期哮喘儿童（哮喘组）及29例健康儿童（对照组）外周血T细胞亚群的水平。结果缓解期哮喘儿童与对照组比较，CD3＋无明显差异（P〉0．05），CD4＋，CD4＋／CD8＋明显低于对照组（P分别〈0．01，0．05），CD8＋明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论哮喘儿童缓解期仍存在T细胞亚群功能紊乱，T细胞亚群功能紊乱在儿童支气管哮喘的发病中发挥一定的作用。

The research of significance T-lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood in the recovery period of childhood with asthma

Objective To investigate significance of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood in the recovery period of children with asthma. Methods To measure CD3 + T cell, CD4 + T cell, CD8 + T cell and CD4 +/CD8 + ratio by indirect immunofluorescence and compare the results. Results The levels of CD4 + T cell,CD4 + /CD8 + ratio in the children with asthma in the recovery period were significantly lower than those in normal subjects(P ＜ 0. 01,0. 05 ); CD8 + was also significantly higher than that in normal subjects (P ＜ 0. 05 ).There were no significant differences in the level of CD3 + between the children with asthma in the recovery period and healthy subjects(P.＞ 0. 05). Conclusion There are imbalances of T cell sebsets in the children with asthma in the recovery period ,The imbalances of T cell sebsets may play an important role in asthma chronic airway inflammation.
