分叉型人工气管的实验研究

自１９９２年开始进行分叉型人工气管的实验研究。用炭纤维、硅橡胶和涤纶线制成的分叉型人工气管。１１条犬进行隆凸置换。分为两组，一组常规吻合，另一组吻合后用医用胶封闭吻合口。两组生存期无明显差异，犬术后生存期最长１７天，主要死亡原因是吻合口裂开。对于人工气管材料的选择、吻合方法、吻合口漏气原因及其预防进行了讨论。

Experimental study on bifurcate tracheal prosthesis

Since 1992 ,bifurcate tracheal prosthesis has been used in 11 mongrel dogs.The tra-cheal prosthesis is made of carbon fiber,silicone and dacron. The dogs were divided into 2 groups,1none of which the anastomostic sites were sealed with medical glue,in the other medical glue was notused.The longest survival period of the dogs was 17 days.The main death reason was anastomosticleakage.The author discussed the selection of materials ,anastomostic method ,and the cause and pre-vention of the anastomostic leakage。
