| 摘 要： | 行人工心脏起搏术73例(76例次)中,房室传导阻滞43例、病态窦房结综合征30例。其病因有冠心病19例、高血压冠心病14例、病毒性心肌炎17例、中毒性心肌炎2例、扩张型心肌病3例,风心病2例,其它19例。安置埋藏式起搏器59例术后随访结果表明:病人均感觉良好、耐力增强,大部分病人恢复了轻工作。术后1年和2年存活率分别为98.2％和94.6％。对术后并发症和心功能的影响以及房颤病人安置起搏器的适应症等进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | 73 cases (76 times) transplanted with pacemaker included 43 with A-V block and 30 with sick sinus syndrom. Among them were 19 with coronary heart disease, 14 with hypertension and coronary heart disease, 17 with viral myocarditis, 2 with toxic myocarditis, 3 with primary cardiomyopathy, 2 with rheumatic heart disease, and 16 with other micellaneous diseases. The follow-up results of 56 patients with hidden pacemakers were favourable with improved pysical endurance and quality of live. The survival rates at the end of 1 or 2 years were 98.2% and 94.6% respectively. The complications, influence of cardiac function, and indications of atrial fibrillation were discussed. |
