福建某女子高校学生性态度及其干预效果研究

目的了解福建省女大学生的性态度及其干预效果,探讨性教育的意义及其途径。方法采用问卷调查方式收集数据,于2004年3~6月利用福建省某女子学院开设性健康教育学公共选修课机会,于教育前和教育后分别对参加选修课的171名和125名学生进行相关性态度调查,对所得的基线和终期调查结果进行统计分析。结果教育后,女大学生反对性自由的比例由教育前的10.5%上升到20.0%,提倡的则由15.8%下降至8.0%;有66.4%的女生认为黄色书刊影响安定,有50.0%的女生认为应该严厉打击黄色书刊;有84.4%的人能正确看待手淫;她们对肥胖和体毛等体征焦虑得到缓解。结论对女大学生开展性健康教育效果明显,现阶段应开展包括学校教育在内的全方位性教育。

Study on Sexual Attitude and the Impact of Evaluation Among the Women''''s College Students in Fujian

Objective To understand the sexual attitude and impact of the intervention,and to discuss the significance and avenue of sexual education in the university.Methods Data were collected with a questionnaire.Investigations were carried out in a women's college of Fujian before and after sexual health education from March to June,2004.Then the data of base-line investigation and final-line investigation were analyzed.Results After sexual education,more students took negative attitudes towards sex freedom(10.5% vs 20.0%).About 66.4% of the students thought erotica could disturb the social and effective measures should be taken to clamping down the erotica.84.4% of them had correct attitude towards masturbation.Their angst for obesity and body-hair released.Conclusion Sexual education has significant impact on female college students.Sexual education in whole orientation including school-based education should be developed at present.
