比较甲硝唑阴道泡腾片3日和7日疗法治疗细菌性阴道病的疗效

目的 :比较甲硝唑泡腾片 3日和 7日疗法治疗妇女细菌性阴道病的疗效和安全性。方法 :细菌性阴道病病人 6 0 0例 ,分为 3日疗法组 (314例 )和 7日疗法组 (2 86例 ) ,采用阴道局部用药 (药置入后穹窿 ) ,每日 1次 ,每次 1片 (2 0 0mg) ,分别连续 3日或 7日。结果 :3日疗法组和 7日疗法组总有效率分别为 95 .5 %及 92 .3% (P >0 .0 5 ) ,2组霉菌性外阴阴道炎发生率分别为 7.3%和 2 .5 % (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :甲硝唑阴道泡腾片 2种疗法均能有效地治疗细菌性阴道病 ,安全性高 ,但 3日疗法疗程短

Three-day therapy vs seven-day therapy in treating bacterical vaginosis wi th metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablets

AIM: To investigate the curative effect and safety of metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablets (MVET) using three day vs seven day treatment of woman bacterical vaginosis(BV). METHODS: Six hundred patients of bacterical vaginosis, were divided into three day treatment group(314 patients) and seven day treatment group(286 patients). All patients were vaginal locally treated with a metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablets(200 mg) qd for 3 d or 7 d, respectively. RESULTS: Total effect rates for three-day treatment group and seven days treatment group were 95.5 % and 92.3 % respectively ( P > 0.05 ),the incidence of candidal vaginitis in two groups were 7.3 % and 2.5 % respectively( P > 0.05). CONCLUSION: The two kinds of treatment with MVET can effectively cure BV with high safety, but the three day treatment is shorter in course of treatment.
