微量阿司匹林对血液流变性、体外血栓形成及凝血机制的影响及其相互关系

摘    要:通过观察微量阿司匹林(M-ASA)对血小板聚集、血栓形成、血液流变及凝血机制作用表明,M-ASA不仅能明显抑制血小板释放TXA2,显著降低血小板聚集率和血栓指数Q值,而且可明显改善红细胞聚集性及变形能力。但对全血粘度、凝血酶原时间则无明显影响。可见虽然凝血机制、血液粘滞性与血栓形成有密切关系,但与血栓形成的独特机理无关。同时还表明血液的高粘滞性也并非都由凝血机制亢进所致。

Abstract:Effect of Minor Aspirin(M-ASA) on platelet aggregation, vitrothrombus form, hemorheolgy and blood coagulant mechanism were observed.It shows that M-ASA can not only significantly restrain the release of platelet's TXA2,and obviously reduce the rate of the platelet aggregation and the index Q of thrombus,but also can evidently improve the ability of the red blood cell bring out of shape and reduce the rate of the red blood cell aggregation.Nevertheless,the blood viscosity,prothrobrin are not distictly effected by M-ASA.It is thus clear,the blood coagulant mechanism blood viscosity are closly related to the thrombus form.but they are not related to the specific mechanism of the thrombus form.At the same time,it shows that high viscosity blood is not also caused by the hyperfunction of the blood coagulant mechanism.
