2种三联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌感染胃溃疡临床疗效比较

目的通过比较2种治疗胃溃疡的三联疗法的治愈率和幽门螺杆菌根除率,探讨较为理想的胃溃疡治疗和幽门螺杆菌根除方案。方法选取120例感染了幽门螺杆菌的胃溃疡患者,采用随机数字表法分为A、B 2组,每组60例,分别接受硫糖铝、洛赛克和阿莫西林2周三联疗法和硫糖铝、甲硝唑和克拉霉素2周三联疗法治疗,治疗结束后4周应用胃镜和活检染色对溃疡治愈率和幽门螺杆菌根除率进行分析。结果A、B 2组患者溃疡治愈率差异无统计学意义（91.67%vs 81.67%,P〉0.05）,但A组患者幽门螺杆菌根除率要高于B组（95.00%vs81.67%,P〈0.05）。结论硫糖铝、洛赛克和阿莫西林2周三联疗法是一种更为理想的胃溃疡治疗方案。

Comparison of Clinic Curative Effect of Two Kinds of Triple Therapies on Eradication of Gastric Ulcer Infected with Helicobacter Pylori

Objective To explore a more ideal program of treatment of gastric ulcer and Helicobacter pylori eradication by comparing the cure rate and the Helicobacter pylori eradication rate of two kinds of triple therapies for gastric ulcer.Methods One hundred twenty patients with gastric ulcer infected with Helicobacter pylori were divided into groups A and B by random table method,and were treated with sucralfate,omeprazole and amoxicillin for two weeks for group A（n=60）or sucralfate,metronidazole and clarithromycin for two weeks for groups B（n=60）,respectively.The endoscopy and biopsy staining were used to analysis the cure rate and the Helicobacter pylori eradication rate at the 4th week after the end of the treatment.Results There was no difference between groups A and B in gastric ulcer cure rate（91.67% vs 81.67%,P0.05）,but the Helicobacter pylori eradication rate of group A was higher than that of group B（95.00% vs 81.67%,P0.05）.Conclusion Sucralfate,omeprazole and amoxicillin two-week triple therapy is a more ideal treatment program for gastric ulcer.
