| 摘 要： | 本文报告使用改良Cope针进行胸膜活检的操作方法及50例非包裹性胸液病人58例次的临床应用,活检成功率79％,结核确诊70％、癌性胸液81％,反复多次活检可提高确诊率,使用本针副作用少,对胸膜活检的临床价值以及组织获取率进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | With improved Cope needle (made in Shanghai)58 pleural biopsies were performed in 50 petients
suffering from pleural effusion during 1989--1990. Tissue--obtained rate was 79%, of them 19 cases
of 27 pleural effusion with tuberculosis and 18 cases of 22 pleural effusion with carcinoma were
diagnosed. The results showed that the pleural biopsy may be helpful in differential diagnosis between
tuberculosis and pleural effusion. The criterion to methad of pleural biopsy was disscussed. |
