| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的疗效以及不良反应。方法：80例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组，分剐给予阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗8周。采用阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）、副反应量表（TEss）评定疗效及不良反应。结果：阿立哌唑组显效率80％。利培酮组显效率82．5％。利培酮组的锥体外系副反应稍高于阿立哌唑组。结论：阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效相当。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the efficacy and the adverse reaction of Aripipazole in curing schizophreric.Methods:Divide 80 schizophrenia patients into two groups at random.One is given Aripiprazoie,and the other is given Risperidone for 8 weeks.Evaluate the efficacy and side effect with PANSS and Tess.Results:The significant effective rate of the first group is 80.0 %,and the other is 82.5 %,Risperidone has more side effect in extrapytamidal system tham Aripiprazole does.Conclusion:Aripiprazole does as well as Risperidone in curing schizophrenia. |
