| 摘 要： | 牙周病作为一种慢性感染性疾病与许多全身性疾病有着密切的联系。对于慢性阻塞性肺病（chronic obstractive pulmonarg discases，COPD），牙周病作为局部病灶可以促进其发生与发展。本文就牙周病对COPD的影响途径、两者间的流行病学调查，以及一些细胞因子对两者的作用机制做一综述。

| Abstract: | Periodontal disease is a chronic infectious disease,which has close relationship with many systemic diseases.Periodontal disease can affect the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) as the local focus.The way how the periodontal disease affects the COPD,the epidemiology survey of them and the affections of the cytokine of them were reviewed in this article. |
