硫酸腺嘌呤预处理大鼠后心肌细胞糖原的定量分析

摘    要:通过组化定量分析的方法,观察外源性硫酸腺嘌呤预处理及缺血再灌注的糖原稳定性的变化,探讨硫酸腺嘌呤对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。结果显示;硫酸腺嘌呤预处理组平均光密度值与正常组差异无显著性,提示硫酸腺嘌呤显示明显的预处理效应。

Abstract:By IBAS image analysis system, the changes of polysaccharides in rat heart caused by traditional way and byextrinsic sulphuric-acid-adenine were quantitatively analysed in comparison wlth those in normal ischemia/reper-fusion. We aimed at observing the protective effect of extrinsic sulphuric-acid-adenine on ischemia/reperfusion in-jury to rat heart. The results showed that compared to the normal group, OPTDMs of the traditional way groupand the extrinsic sulphuric-acid-adenine group had no significant difference, and OPTDM of the ischemia/reper-fusion group reduced significantly. Therefore, the results manifested the effect of extrinsic sulphuric-acid-adenineof anti-i1ljury in myocardium caused by ischemic reperfusion.
