| 摘 要： | 目的研究转录调节因子-1(Ets-1)蛋白在喉癌组织中的表达及其在喉癌发生发展中的作用。方法应用免疫组化法(SP法)检测34例喉癌组织、癌旁组织及15例卢带息肉中Ets-1的表达,采用图像分析软件系统对免疫组化结果进行半定量分析。结果 Ets-1蛋白在喉癌组织中的表达量和阳性表达率明显高于癌旁组织和息肉组织(P<0.05);癌旁组织与息肉组织间的表达比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);喉癌患者中不同性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、临床分型Ets-1的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同病理分级、临床分期及淋巴结转移间差异有有统计学意义(P<0.01)结论Ets-1在喉癌组织中的高表达对喉癌的发生、发展和转移起重要作用 |
