基于IHE PIX的MPI研究及其在医院的应用分析

目的：研究如何实现医院信息系统内部患者唯一性的识别,从而实现系统间的患者信息共享。方法：应用IHEPIX原理和MPI跨域机制,建立分层次的信息系统MPI服务模型,并通过就诊卡系统设计实施。结果：通过建立患者主索引系统,实现了信息系统之间以调用患者标识为基础的信息共享。结论：建立统一、有效的患者识别方法是电子健康档案共享的必要基础。结合医院实际,设计合理的MPI系统能够满足医院患者信息共享的需求。

Research and Application Analysis of MPI in Hospital based on IHE PIX
