| 摘 要： | 目的：评价GlideScope Ranger视频喉镜在野战急救困难气管插管中的应用价值。方法：67例需要经口气管插管进行救治的野外伤员,运用GlideScopeRanger视频喉镜（G组）29例,Macingosh直接喉镜（M组）27例,其他11例经直接喉镜操作2次失败改视频喉镜操作,分析比较2组伤员气管插管操作所需时间、插管次数、插管成功率以及插管所致的即刻并发症。结果：2组伤员的一般情况比较差异无统计学意义。G组困难插管一次插管成功率显著高于M组（P〈0.05）,G组插管时间明显短于M组,而M组一次插管时间短于G组（P〈0.05）,视频喉镜下插管后即刻并发症显著低于直接喉镜（P〈0.05）。结论：野战急救困难气管插管采用GlideScope Ranger视频喉镜插管具有成功率高、速度快、并发症少、体积小巧、方便携带等优点,是提高野战救护质量有效的方法之一。
