2型糖尿病患者治疗前后血液流变学改变及前列地尔对其影响

目的探讨2型糖尿病(DM)患者治疗前后血液流变学改变、代谢控制及前列地尔对其影响。方法 63例2型DM患者在代谢控制前后测定了血液流变学指标,并与61例健康对照者进行比较。其中29例DM患者给予前列地尔20μg静脉滴注治疗,疗程2周。结果 2型DM患者代谢控制前血液流变学各项指标与健康对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),合并冠心病及合并视网膜病变组血液流变学异常较无合并症组更明显(P<0.05或<0.01);代谢改善组较代谢未改善组血液流变学异常明显好转(P<0.05或<0.01)。前列地尔治疗后血液流变学各项指标显著改善(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论糖尿病患者存在明显的血液流变学异常,早期代谢控制和前列地尔治疗可改善DM患者血液流变学异常

Changes of hemorheology in type 2 diabetic patients after metabolic control and lipoprostaglandin E1 treatment

Objective To investigate the changes of hemorheology in type 2 diabetes mellitus（DM） patients and the effect of lipoprostaglandin E1 treatment.Methods Sixty three type 2 DM patients were administrated with diet restriction and/ or oral hypoglycemic agents treatment for two weeks,and 29 of them with improved glycemic control were given lipopros-taglandin E1 20μg treatment for another two weeks.The blood flow properties were detected before and after treatment,while 61 healthy person as control.Results The hemorheological abnormalities in type 2 diabetic patients demonstrated more significantly than that of control group（P0.01 ） The hemorheological abnormalities in diabetic patients complicated with coronary heart disease（n = 18） and diabetic retinopathy（n = 17 ） showed more significantly than that of non-complication group （P0.05 or P0.01 ）.The hemorheological properties in diabetic patients with improved metabolic control were significantly improved compared with baseline（P0.05 or P0.01）.After lipoprostaglandin E1 treatment,the hemorheological properties in 29 diabetic patients were improved significantly（P0.05 or P0.01 ）.Conclusion Type 2 diabetic patients had significant hemorheological abnormalities,early stage of metabolic control and lipoprostaglandin E1 treatment could obviously improve blood flow properties.
