镍钛根备器械临床应用安全性调查

摘    要:目的:了解镍钛根备器械在临床使用过程中折断频率,为镍钛器械临床安全使用服务。方法:48套新的镍钛锉针,详细记录开始使用时间、使用次数及折断时使用的次数、锉针折断的长度,锉针磨损变形情况;拍X线片检查根管的弯曲度。结果:镍钛锉针重复使用13次相对安全。48套锉针使用过程中SX折断1次,S1折断1次,F1折断6次,F2折断1次,F3折断3次;其中2次发生在重度弯曲根管中。结论:镍钛锉针临床使用较安全,但仍有一定风险。

Abstract:Objective To understand the failure incidence of NiTi rotary instruments in clinical application, and serve for safe application in clinic. Methods 48 new NiTi rotary instruments were received from warehouse gradually. The first use time, use frequency, the time and length of broken, deformation of NiTi rotary instruments were recorded carefully; Root canal curvature was checked with X ray.
