| 摘 要： | 目的：基于符合我国医院管理信息系统的客户关系管理服务平台建设,构建病源管理系统医院公共关系管理服务平台。方法：以医院管理信息系统（包括HIS,PACS,LIS等）为基础信息平台,整合无线通讯服务,实现信息的无障碍沟通。结果：医院领导不受地域、时空的限制实时了解医院动态,病友能主动的获取医疗服务信息。结论：落实了以人为本、以患者为中心的现代医院管理理念。
