多模式方法诊断脑卒中后抑郁的信度和效度检验

目的对多模式方法诊断(MMADD)脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)的信度及效度进行检验。方法选择符合入选标准的脑卒中患者100例,由2名评测人员用MMADD、抑郁状态问卷(DSI)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、"中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准"第三版(CCMD-3)、"精神障碍的诊断与统计手册"第四版(DSM-IV)对患者进行评定;3d后,再次用MMADD对患者进行评定。结果 MMADD的重测信度及检查者之间的信度好;第一、二部分的克郎巴赫α系数分别为0.845、0.803,量表的内部一致性较好;有较好的内容效度、标准效度和结构效度。结论多模式方法诊断脑卒中后抑郁的信度和效度良好,评测量表与临床诊断标准融为一体,值得在PSD诊断中广泛使用。

Study on reliability and validity of multi-model approach to diagnose post stroke depression

Objective To investigate the reliability and the validity of multi-model approach to diagnose（MMADD） in diagnosis of post stroke depression（PSD）.Methods 100 stroke in-patients who reached the enrollment standards were admitted. These stroke patients were assessed with MMADD,DSI,HAMD,CCMD-3 and DSM-Ⅳby two neurologists,these patients were repeatedly assessed with MMADD by the first neurologist after three days.Results MMADD＇s reliability and interobservers＇ reliability were good.Cronbach＇s alpha coefficient of the first part was 0.845;Cronbach＇s alpha coefficient of the second part was 0.803.Internal consistency of MMADD was good.Content validity,criteria validity and construct validity of MMADD were good.Conclusion The reliability and the validity of MMADD was excellent.The diagnostic measurement table combined with clinical diagnosis standard was found to be reliable and valid as a diagnostic tool for assessing PSD.
