P388白血病细胞在小鼠肝内浸润的超微结构观察

采用腹腔内接种 P_(38(?))白血病细胞后3和9d 的小鼠肝组织,进行电镜观察。结果表明,仅在9d 出现白血病细胞浸润,主要分布于肝小叶内的中间带和周围带。白血病细胞的增殖,使肝窦显著扩张,窦内皮细胞肿胀、崩解或消失。白血病细胞突起侵入肝细胞胞质内,肝细胞受挤压而变形,或被白血病细胞密集包围而坏死。对上述变化进行了讨论。

OBSERVATION ON ULTRASTRUCTURE OF MICE LIVER DURING INVASION BY P388 LEUKEMIC CELLS

An electron microscopic study of liver tissues from the experimental mice was conducted on day 3 and 9 after abdominal inoculation with P_(388)leukemie cell line.In the 9-day group only,was seen the leukemic infiltration which ioeated largely in the middle and peripheral sinusoids of the hepatic lobule.The leukemic cells prolifer- ated and filled in the sinusoids and made them distended remarkably,and than led to swelling,fragmentation or even disappearence of endnthelial cells.Some pseudopods of the leukernie cells often extended into adjacent hepatoeytes which became either def- ormed by pressure or necrosed for the densely surrounding cells.The changes mentio- ned above are discessd in this report,too.
