| 摘 要： | 目的:对幼儿园儿童应用氟化泡沫防龋,观察龋齿发病率的变化。方法:对平湖市6所幼儿园儿童每年2次应用氟化泡沫防龋,并与未用氟化泡沫防龋的另6所幼儿园儿童龋齿发病率进行比较。结果:通过2年观察,经过氟化泡沫防龋的幼儿园儿童龋齿发病率明显下降,而未用氟化泡沫防龋的幼儿园儿童龋齿发病率有所上升,二者之间存在显著差异。结论:氟化泡沫预防儿童龋齿是安全有效的。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the change in prevalence of decayed tooth of children with fluoride froth in kindergarten.Methods:To use the fluoride froth two times per year for the children from 6 kindergartens in Pinghu and compare the attack rate with the counterparts.Results:According to two years of research,the decayed tooth disease rate declined obviously for the children who has used the fluoride froth,though the counterparts showed an improvement.The significant differences existed between the both sides.Conclusion:The fluoried froth is safety and effectively in prevention of children's decayed tooth. |
