后颅窝血管网织细胞瘤21例临床分析

目的 分析后颅窝血管网织细胞瘤的临床特点及治疗，方法 回顾性分析21例后颅窝血管网织细胞瘤并经病理及手术证实的患者资料，结果 肿瘤发病年龄为20-40岁，男性多于女性，均发生于后颅窝，21例行CT检查，囊性肿瘤17例，实质性肿瘤4例；行MRI检查10例，肿瘤为囊性者8例，实质性者2例；行DSA检查3例，均显示明显的肿瘤染色，治疗行瘤结节及实性肿瘤全切除18例，都分切除加放射治疗3例，术后恢复良好20例，死亡1例，结论 本病好发于小脑半球，临床表现多为颅高压症状，共济失调等，CT、MRI检查可以定位或定性，DSA对判断肿瘤结节及血供情况更有帮助，治疗首选手术切除，本病预后良好。

The clinical analysis of 21 cases with posterior fossa hemangioblastomas

Objective To analyze the clinical features and treatment of posterior fossa hemangioblastomas.Methods The data of 21 cases with posterior fossa hemangioblastomas which was pathologically confirmed were analyzed retrospectively.Results The tumor occurred mainly in the patients aged from 20 40,and was more seen in men than women,which occurred in the posterior fossa.21 cases received CT examination,showing cysts in 17 cases and solid masses in 4 cases.MRI examination of 10 cases revealed cysts in 8 cases and solid masses in 2 cases.DSA examination in 3 cases presented obvious staining of tumor.The tumor nod and solid tumor were completely resected in 18 cases and 3 patients underwent the subtotal removal in addition to radiotherapy.After operation,20 cases recovered well and one died.Conclusion Most of the posterior fossa hemangioblastomas happen in cerebellum with the clinical symptoms of intracranial hypertension and ataxia.CT and MRI can orientate and locate the disease while DSA helps to judge the tumor nod and blood supply.Surgical operation should be recommended and good prognosis can be achieved.
