临床护理路径在手足口患儿家属健康教育中的应用

目的探讨临床护理路径在手足口病患儿家属健康教育中的应用效果。方法将80例患儿按随机方法分为观察组与对照组,观察组采用临床护理路径对患儿家属实施健康教育,对照组用传统的健康教育方式。结果观察组患儿家属对护理工作满意度及健康知识掌握情况明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论应用临床护理路径对手足口患儿家属实施健康教育,可提高患儿家属对护理工作的满意度、增进护患沟通;提高患儿家属对疾病相关知识的掌握情况,有利于更好地照顾患儿,促进患儿早日康复。

Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Healthy Education for Family Members of Children with Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease

Objective To study the effect of the clinical nursing pathway on the healthy education for family members of patient with hand-foot-mouth disease（HFMD）.Methods 80 cases with of HFMD were randomly divided into study group（40 cases）and control group（40 cases）.The healthy education in the study group taken the method of clinical nursing pathway,while the control group taken the traditional way.Results The family members in the study group felt more satisfactory on the nursing and learned more healthy knowledge as compared with the control group,and the difference had statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in healthy education for family members of patients with HFMD can raise the satisfaction of the family members and enhance the communication with the patients and nurses;The good understanding of healthy knowledge is helpful for family members to look after the patients and makes the patients recovered quickly.
