| Abstract: | Described in this paper are the purpose of developing a management system of the articles written by hospital personnel, main functions and implementation methods of the system. The normal fill-in, input, collection and following-up management of journal articles and proceedings are introduced in detail. Also, it presents how to actively diseminate information and provide search service and policy-making evidence for hospital leaders, functional management units and the great majority of scientific and technological personnel. |
