我院2012年171例药品不良反应报告分析

目的通过对该院2012年1-12月收集的171例药品不良反应（ADR）信息汇总,分析ADR的发生情况、发生特点及相关因素。方法采用病例回顾性研究的方法,分析总结ADR发生的相关因素、临床表现及治疗预后。结果 171例ADR报告中〉60岁人群所占比例最大,女性患者发生ADR的概率明显多于男性,男女比例为0.6∶1;涉及的药品中抗菌药物、中成药和中药注射剂ADR发生率高;ADR表现中皮肤及其附件损害发生率高。结论抗菌药物、中成药和中药注射剂是ADR监测的重点药物,应加强特殊人群、静脉给药方式和重点药物的ADR监测,提高合理用药水平,减少药源性疾病的发生。

Analysis of 171 cases of adverse drug reactions reports in 2012

Objective Based on the information summary of 171 cases of adverse drug reactions（ ADR） collected from January to December 2012,to analyze the occurrence,characteristics and related factors of ADR. Methods Using the method of case retrospective studies,analyzed and summarized the related factors of adverse drug reactions,clinical manifestations and treatment outcomes. Results In the 171 cases ofADRreports,more than 60 years old patients accounted for the largest share,female patients significantly increased the probability of adrs,male to female ratio was 0. 6∶1; theADRoccurrence rate of antimicrobial medicines,proprietary Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine injection was high; the damage of skin and its appendages were the most common. Conclusion Antibacterial medicines,proprietary Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine injection is the key of theADRmonitoring drug,special populations should be strengthened intravenous dosing mode and key drugADRmonitoring,in order to improve the level of rational drug use and reduce the occurrence of drug-induced diseases.
