乳腺癌应用电化学合并三苯氧胺治疗(附37例报告)

目的　对乳腺恶性肿瘤不论是原发或复发转移失去手术机会、年老体弱不易手术或不愿接受手术的患者均可采用电化学治疗 (ECT)。方法　应用北京原子能科学院研制的WL -A型电化学治疗仪 ,在肿瘤部位插入阴、阳电极针分别连接到治疗仪通电治疗 ;11例原发乳腺癌自电化学治疗开始口服三苯氧胺 (TAM)三年。结果　本组ECT治疗乳腺恶性肿瘤 37例 ,按国际ECT协会评定疗效的标准 ;CR 2 6例、PR 6例 ,总有效率为 86 5 % (CR +PR 32 /37)。结论　乳腺癌应用电化学合并三苯氧胺治疗创伤小、操作简单、疗效满意

Treatment of Breast Cancer by Electrical-chemical Therapy Compbined with Tamoxifen (Thirty-seven Cases)

Objective The patients who had malignant tumors on breasts,whether they were primary or metastatic without chance to be operated on or the aged-valetudinarians who were unfit to be operated on or who were not willing to be operatid on,can underwent Electrical-chemical treatment(ECT).Methods We inserted electrified positive and negative poles into the malignant tumor.The poles were well connected to the ML-A machine,which was devised by atomenergy scientific college in Beijing;11 cases of primary breast cancer have taken tamoxifen(TAM) for 3 years after undergoing electrical-chemical cure.Results According to the international ECT association standard,curative effects of all the cases were assessed as followings:CR 26 cases,PR 6 cases.The total valid rate was 86.5%(CR+PR 32/37).Conclusion Treatemnt of breast cancer by Electrical-chemical therapy combined with tamoxifen has the advantages of little injures,easy operation and good curative effects.
